We may terminate or suspend access to our Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

Serenity Plejunub makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Application or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Application. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
